Today is a sad day in Uphill Battle history. The second member of the original band left the band today...he left on good terms but it still sucks just as bad...Steven Arena no longer is a member of uphill battle and boy he will be missed. Who is gonna jump on cars now...you may be wondering if we are still going to play the show on friday and I have to ask you...are you fucking stupid of course we are still going to play. Everyone should come check us out. I am not sure on the lineup anymore but who knows it will all get worked out. Lates

this friday AT 7:30 the show starts. the first band to play will
be Forgotten Fridays, then (hopefully) Panacea then Uphill Battle 4th

Cassidy but according to my to to to drummer (ted) butch cassidy

We are having our first show with the new up hill battle. we've had one show with Mike on guitar and Steven on vocals. but now we've got a new singer and new guitar player. so this show should be a little better. so everyone come out and watch us. i promise you, if you were at our first show you'll like this one a lot better. the show is next Friday April 22nd at the Coffee connection and its at 7:30 pm. Hey Steven's back from Mexico so UHB is back in action. we are looking for a new singer at teh moment. so someone better hurry up and fill that pos. cuz it's starting to piss off some members because in a way it's kinda like we're abck to square 1 when really we're not. so please come and try out. who wouldn't want to be popular? look at it this way......who knows John Russo?......everyone does. but does anyone know Mike Ferro, Josh Cobb the other john or Alex? some do but.....my point is a singer is the most popular....i dont see why noone is trying out yet. oh well anyway yeh we're practicing again and moving on with the band even with no singer. Hey guys Steven is going to be out of town for 3 weeks. so no uphill battle practices or shows . He leaves on friday night and returns april 1st. so if you were planning on doing something with uphill battle change the date to any time after april 3rd. just so everyone knows we are open to any/all shows. as you seen from our Pure Volume account we only have 1 deff. show as of now. but in further news, we've had a few practices with Derek our new guitar player and hes awesome. if anyone has any suggestions for the band please let us know. and dont be gay and say something stupid like i think you guys should break up

whats up, yes we are in Battle of the bands. will we win? probably not. we're going to be having some awesome competition like Pathway to providence,and posibily My Getway. but win or loose its still gonna be a great night. incase you dont know about it its April 9th at the Flagler County fairgrounds. show starts at 6 and ends about 9. so for all you Jr. high kids you can be home by your bed times. lol im jk. ok hopefully we'll see you there.

Hey its uphill battle here. we just want to thank everyone for helping us get off to a wonderful start. yes we've only been a band for about 2 months. we want to thank My Getaway for helping us get out our name/music. we enrolled into battle of the bands, so if you didnt like the pure volume song don't worry. we laid that track in a simple 4 hours and in (drummer) Teds living room.
we have about 4 songs complete and working on number 5 as we speak. so we hope to see all of you at battle of the bands. enjoy our music
